    Can you recommend a hotel?

Our friends at NewcastleGateshead - the city's tourism organisation - have an excellent guide to where to stay at newcastlegateshead.com/accommodation.

If you'd like to buy your ticket and hotel room together, Thomas Cook Sport - our official travel partner - offers match breaks at thomascooksport.com/Football/Newcastle-United.

  • Using the new website Open

Can I use my old NUFCTV login on this site?

The registration and login system for this website is new, and any existing logins you have for other/ historic NUFC websites will not work here

For example, if you were a subscriber to the paid NUFCTV service, that account login will not work on the new site.

All videos and live audio commentary are now 100% free of charge to anyone who registers on the new site, and setting up a new account is very easy. You can either:

    1. create an account using your email address, or
    2. you can register via your Facebook, Twitter or Google account

If you use your Facebook, Twitter or Google account, you won't need to set a password, and logging-in will be a 1-click process for any future sign-ins.

Now that this website build is complete, our next focus will be to unify the login across as many NUFC sites as possible, starting with the Ticketing site - currently your login from tickets.nufc.co.uk will not work on this site. That's a complex job in practice, even if it's simple in theory... rest assured we're working on

What's happening with the mobile app?

This website is built to be responsive, which means that every page should work fully and look good on any device - from laptops and PCs to tablets and mobiles.

Previously there was a 'mobile version' of the site at mobile.nufc.co.uk; since the advent of responsive web design techniques, that approach has become largely obsolete and so you'll now find that any links on the mobile.nufc.co.uk subdomain will redirect through to this main site at www.nufc.co.uk.

Similarly, there used to be a native NUFC mobile app for iOS and Android. This app had become outdated and since all functions on this new website are optimised for mobile browser use, that app will not be maintained from now on.

We may introduce new mobile apps in the future, if they can provide fans with a useful service that's not available through the mobile website.

Can I still get SMS text alerts?

Previously we offered SMS text alerts on matchdays via our old website partner.

With match updates now available through many channels - including the match centre on this site, our Twitter account, and many 3rd party services - we're not actively continuing the text alert service.

If you're still receiving these texts (which cost 25p each), you can unsubscribe by texting STOP to 88442.

Currently you would pay half the relevant price band applicable to you.

Can I buy disabled tickets online?

Unfortunately not at this time, we are looking at ways to ensure you can do so in the future.

How much is a ticket for my carer?

If you qualify for a carer and are aged 13 or over, the carer is free of charge.

    I’m under 13, why can’t I have a free carer?

In accordance with club policy, all children under the age of 13 years have to be accompanied by an adult whilst attending the stadium. The adult is in a position to care for the needs of the child; for example, if the child becomes unwell whilst at the stadium the adult would be in a position to summon assistance from stewarding/ medical staff present. This in effect means that an adult bringing a child under 13 years to our stadium, whether the child is able bodied or disabled, should be a full price paying adult acting as the child’s carer. Not to charge the adult would in effect be to be less favourable (i.e. discriminatory) to adults accompanying non disabled children, fulfilling the same role as carer for their child.
