Tickets for Newcastle United's EFL Cup second round tie at home against Cheltenham Town are now on sale to season ticket holders.

Rafa Benitez's side face the League Two outfit on Tuesday, 23rd August (7.45pm kick-off) at St. James' Park, and prices for the fixture are just £15 for adults and £5 for concessions. 

Initially, only the lower tiers of the Gallowgate End, East Stand and Milburn Stand at St. James' Park will be opened and season ticket holders have until Wednesday (16th August) to secure their favourite spot in the stadium, if available, with the game uploaded to their smartcard.

Season ticket holders can also buy alternative and extra seats, while tickets will also be released to Club Members in the form of paper tickets.

Tickets will then be available on online general sale on Wednesday (17th August) at nufc.co.uk/tickets.

They will be on full general sale from 10am on Thursday (18th August), so can be purchased in person at the Box Office, online or by calling 0844 372 1892 (calls to this number will cost 7p per minute plus your phone company's access charge).

Supporters buying their seat only will automatically have their season ticket smartcard uploaded with the game, while alternate seats will be in the form of paper tickets. Maximum card upload is one ticket.

Platinum Club original bondholders within areas L2C, L2D, L2E and L2F do not need to take any action.
