Alan Pardew has named an unchanged Barclays Premier League line-up as Newcastle United travel to Stoke City on Monday night (8pm kick-off).
The Magpies came from behind to draw 2-2 against Hull City in top flight action last weekend and Pardew has kept faith with that group of players - despite an extra-time Capital One Cup victory at Crystal Palace sandwiched in between using a slightly changed team.
Emmanuel Riviere continues to lead the line for Pardew's side following a brace at Selhurst Park, while Papiss Cisse, who notched twice in that draw against the Tigers, continues to build up towards full fitness with a substitutes' role.
United will line up in a 4-2-3-1 formation, with goalkeeper Tim Krul behind a back four of Daryl Janmaat, Mike Williamson, captain Fabricio Coloccini and Paul Dummett.
Cheick Tiote and Jack Colback will anchor the visitors' midfield, giving Moussa Sissoko, Remy Cabella and Yoan Gouffran licence to get forward.
And that trio will be tasked with supplying the ammunition for summer signing Riviere.
Joining Cisse on an attack-minded bench are 17-year-old Adam Armstrong, Sammy Ameobi, Gabriel Obertan, Vurnon Anita, Steven Taylor and Rob Elliot.
