Updating your email
Newcastle United contacts season ticket holders by email so it is important that we have a valid email address linked to your Supporter ID.
Please follow the instructions below to either add an email to your account or to link your existing NUFC TV log in to your Supporter ID (or to update your personal details or email marketing preferences).
You will need just one email address and password to access your nufc.co.uk and book.nufc.co.uk accounts.
PLEASE NOTE: The following email domains regularly return emails as undeliverable so we advise that you use an alternative email address if you have one otherwise we will not be able to contact you via email: Blueyonder.co.uk, Fsmail.net, tesco.net, o2.co.uk, Tiscali.co.uk, aol.co.uk, aol.com, virgin.net, talktalk.net, bt.com, ntlworld.com
If you already have an email address for NUFC TV
If you already have an account for NUFC TV please ensure this is linked to your Supporter ID.

If you do not have any online account with Newcastle United please register here.
When you register you can choose to:
- create an account using your email address, or
- you can register via your Facebook or Google account
If you use your email address, you will need to respond to an activation email to complete the registration.
If you use your Facebook or Google account, you won't need to set a password or respond to an activation email, and logging-in will be a one-click process for any future sign-ins.
If you just want to watch/listen to NUFC TV then you only need to complete a short form.
To purchase tickets we do need more detailed information, so you'll be prompted to fill out a longer form at this point.
Linking your NUFC TV account to your ticketing account
Why do this?
- Instead of having two logins for our ticketing site (book.nufc.co.uk) and our main site (NUFC.co.uk) you will have just one login to make it simpler
- When we send out communications, we can contact the correct email address which has been signed up using your marketing preferences
Once registered you will need to link your email to your Supporter ID.

- Ability to purchase tickets and view your ticket history and loyalty points
- Ability to manage your communication preferences
- Ability to manage the personal details that we hold for you
Marketing Preferences
If you would like to receive email marketing from Newcastle United, use the steps provided below to update your marketing preferences in your Newcastle United account. Please note, you do not need to opt in for marketing emails in order to receive operational emails regarding your purchases.
- Login to NUFC.co.uk here
- If you do not have an account, register here
- If you have registered, you will receive an email confirmation to verify your email address
- Click the link in the email which will verify your account
- Once logged into your account, you will be able to view your profile page
- At this stage you will see all your details including your personal information which can be changed at any time using 'update profile'
- To change your email address, simply click the 'change' next to your email address and follow the steps
- If you would like to receive emails from the club, you can do this by clicking on 'update preferences'. At this stage you will see numerous categories to tick 'yes' or 'no' to, this will update all of your preferences and convert them to our email platform once saved
- In doing so, you will be able to receive the preferences you ticked
