The young Magpies begin their Premier League division two campaign on Monday, 12th August with an away clash against Reading - with Newcastle defeating the Royals last term in the division two play-off semi final at the Madejski Stadium.
United's second-string reached the Premier League Cup final and Premier League 2 division two play-off final last season, suffering defeats to Everton and Southampton respectively.
Admission for the friendly fixture is free, with supporters advised to park in the CK Beckett South Stand car park.
