Watch Newcastle United Women v Liverpool Feds live on NUFC TV on Sunday

Newcastle United Women are back at Kingston Park on Sunday for the first time in more than a month, and their fixture against Liverpool Feds will be broadcast live on NUFC TV.

The Magpies have won their last seven league matches and sit atop the FA Women's National League (FAWNL) Northern Premier Division table with four games to go - starting with the visit of the Merseyside outfit, who pipped United to the FAWNL Division One North title two seasons ago.

As well as leading the league standings, Newcastle - who were beaten by Hashtag United in the FAWNL Cup final last weekend - have the highest average attendance in the division; a crowd of 22,307 flocked to last month's FAWNL Cup semi-final win over Portsmouth Women, while United were watched by crowds of 28,565 and 24,092 at St. James' Park last season.

Becky Langley's team beat West Brom Women 3-0 in front of another big attendance at the stadium as part of the Sela Cup in pre-season, and took more than 3,000 fans to Luton's Kenilworth Road for the FAWNL Cup final.

Kick-off at Kingston Park this weekend - United's first game at their usual home venue since a 2-1 win over Derby County Women on Sunday, 18th February - is at 14:00 GMT and ticket prices are £5 for adults and £1 for children, with another bumper crowd expected.

But supporters who can't make the match will be able to watch for free on NUFC TV, while the game will also be streamed live on Newcastle United's official YouTube channel.

Commentary will come from former Lioness Aran Embleton, a Newcastle fan from Cramlington who became one of the first women from the North East to represent England and played in the Women's FA Cup final for Doncaster Belles in 2000, and United defender Jodie Bartle, who is nearing a return from a long-term injury.

Flying full-back Lia Cataldo will he hoping to help Newcastle bounce back from their cup final defeat with another league win, while influential midfielder Elysia Boddy has recently returned from injury and goalkeeper Grace Donnelly has the most clean sheets in the division with ten.

Can Langley's lasses take another big step towards the Women's Championship with three more points? Buy tickets here or watch live on NUFC TV or YouTube from 14:00 GMT on Sunday.
