Under-23s' Premier League Cup fixtures confirmed

Newcastle United Under-23s’ fixtures for the group stage of this season’s Premier League Cup have been confirmed.
Ben Dawson’s side kick off their Group H campaign against Notts County at Whitley Park next month, just a week before they take on County’s senior team in the Checkatrade Trophy.
They play twice in the competition in November – either side of another Checkatrade Trophy clash, at Grimsby Town – before focusing on Premier League 2 Division Two matters until the New Year.
After playing County and Southampton for a second time, they round off their fixture list against Leeds at Nethermoor Park, the home of Vanarama National League North side Guiseley.

Thursday, 4th October – Notts County, Whitley Park (7pm)
Friday, 9th November – Southampton, Staplewood (7pm)
Friday, 30th November – Leeds United, Whitley Park (7pm)
Tuesday, 22nd January – Notts County, New Manor Ground (2pm)
Friday, 8th February – Southampton, Whitley Park (7pm)
Monday, 25th February – Leeds United, Nethermoor Park (7pm)
