Under-18s Entertain Manchester United

Written by Dan King

Newcastle's under-18s entertain their Manchester United counterparts on Saturday.

The Red Devils travel to Little Benton for a 12.30pm kick-off looking to avenge last season's defeat, when a Lewis McNall hat-trick gave Newcastle a 3-2 win. Marcus Rashford was in the visitors' starting XI and scored one of their goals.

Neither Rashford nor McNall will feature on Saturday - the latter is injured - but Danish teenager Elias Sorensen could play for Dave Watson's Magpies.

Owen Bailey, who has featured regularly for the under-23s in recent weeks, could also feature.

Admission at Newcastle's Academy on Saturday is free.
