Ticket news for Tyne-Wear derby at St. James' Park

Written by Dan King

Newcastle face local rivals Sunderland at under-23 level on Monday night.

Kick-off at St. James' Park is at 7pm (BST) and admission is free to season ticket holders and members, otherwise it's £3 for adults and £1 concessions.

The Magpies kicked off their Premier League 2 campaign with a 1-1 draw at West Bromwich Albion this week. Callum Roberts got United's goal as defender Liam Gibson made his first appearance for 15 months, having undergone four operations after being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis.

Home and away supporters will be segregated, with access to Newcastle fans on the night via cash turnstiles (turnstiles 39-47) in the East Stand.

Sunderland fans required to purchase a ticket in advance from the Stadium of Light ticket office or online (full details here).

There will be no cash turnstiles or ticket sales on the night at the stadium for Sunderland fans.
