Team news: Skipper returns to United side

Skipper Jamaal Lascelles returns to the heart of Newcastle United’s defence as the Magpies take on Everton at St. James’ Park.
Christian Atsu, Jonjo Shelvey and Mohamed Diamé also come back into the side, with Rafa Benítez seemingly reverting to a 4-4-1-1 formation.
Karl Darlow again starts in goal, with Lascelles partnering Florian Lejeune in the middle of the backline. DeAndre Yedlin and Javier Manquillo occupy the full-back positions once more.
Shelvey will play alongside Mikel Merino in the engine room, while Atsu replaces Jacob Murphy on the left flank, Matt Ritchie again deployed on the right.
Diamé will provide support to lone frontman Dwight Gayle, who struck his third goal of the season against Leicester City on Saturday.
The Magpies’ other marksman at the weekend, Joselu, has been named on the bench, where there is also a place for wide-man Rolando Aarons, who has yet to make a home Premier League appearance this season.
