Supporter pack update
We know season ticket holders and members have been expecting their packs through the post any day and we are sorry to see that they have not arrived just yet.
We put a great deal of care into creating packs for supporters to celebrate our 125th anniversary year and we were excited to have them delivered prior to the start of the season.
Sadly, we have been affected by a shipping issue that is beyond our control but we are working to have it resolved as quickly as possible.
The delay was unfortunately compounded by a message displayed on our online tracking site, which we realise was misleading.
The message that many supporters have seen and are referring to on social media – which states a dispatch date of 4th August - actually refers to their season card, not their pack, and we are pleased to report that there have been no issues where season cards are concerned.
The online tracking message has now been updated and new tracking information relating specifically to packs will be added to the tracking site as soon as it is available.
Our fulfilment partner assures us that packs will be with supporters within the next three weeks. In the meantime, we thank you sincerely for your patience.
