Sangare set for debut
Written by Dan King
Mo Sangare could make his debut for Newcastle United's under-18s against Wolves this weekend.
The athletic central midfielder, who came to England from Liberia as a 14-year-old, has recently joined the Magpies' Academy following a successful trial and has been named in the squad for Saturday's 11am kick-off at the Sir Jack Hayward Training Ground.
Finnish goalkeeper Otto Huuhtanen is also pushing for a first start, as this season's regular number one, Nathan Harker, was on under-23 duty at Southampton on Friday.
Dave Watson has been boosted by striker Lewis McNall returning to training but Lewis Gibson and Mackenzie Heaney are still sidelined.
United were 4-1 winners against Wolves at Little Benton in September.
