Referee revealed for Norwich

Andrew Madley will referee Newcastle's Sky Bet Championship clash at Norwich.
The West Yorkshire whistler has taken charge of two United fixtures so far this season - August's 4-1 win over Reading and the 6-0 EFL Cup success against Preston in October.
He's refereed 30 games in all competitions this term, showing exactly 100 yellow cards and three red.
At Carrow Road on Tuesday night, he will be assisted by Darren Blunden and Nigel Lugg. Andy Haines will be the fourth official.
