Perez Nominated For Goal Of The Month

Ayoze Perez has been nominated for the Sky Bet Championship Goal of the Month award for October.
The Spaniard has been shortlisted for the first of his two goals against Ipswich Town - a crisp, volleyed finish after a wonderful passing move in which every Newcastle player touched the ball from the kick-off.
He is up against Norwich midfielder Wes Hoolahan, for his goal against Rotherham, and Aston Villa foward Jonathan Kodjia, for a strike against Fulham.
The shortlist for the poll is decided by a judging panel following suggestions from supporters via Twitter. The panel comprises of Sky Sports' EFL expert Don Goodman; Sky Bet Sponsorship Manager David Tweed and EFL Commercial Marketing Manager James Walker.
The winners of the Sky Bet EFL Goals of the Month are chosen by a poll on skysports.com.
Voting for the award is now open here and will close on Tuesday, 15th November. The winner will be announced on Friday, 18th November.
