New venue and time for Tyne-Tees clash
Newcastle United Under-23s' upcoming Premier League 2 fixture against Middlesbrough has been rearranged.
The Division Two encounter was due to take place at Rockcliffe Park on Friday, 5th March, with kick-off set at 1.30pm.
The young Magpies will still face their Boro counterparts on Friday afternoon but the match will now take place at Heritage Park, home of Northern League outfit Bishop Auckland, and will begin at the later time of 2pm.
Chris Hogg and Peter Ramage's side currently sit in 12th place of the Premier League 2 table but can leapfrog Middlesbrough with an away victory.
