New kick-off time for Magpies' Burnley clash
Newcastle United’s Premier League clash with Burnley in October has a new kick-off time after being rescheduled for live television coverage.
The Magpies welcome Sean Dyche’s Clarets to St. James’ Park on Saturday, 3rd October for a fixture which was initially set for 3pm.
But the game – which will still take place on Saturday, 3rd October – has now been put back by five hours, with kick-off now set for 8pm.
And the contest will be shown live on Sky Sports, as Steve Bruce’s side look to maintain their fine home record in clashes with the Clarets, having not been beaten by Burnley on Tyneside since 1974.
