New date for Magpies' trip to Chelsea
Newcastle United's Premier League game at Chelsea in March has been rescheduled after being selected for live television coverage.
United had been set to head to Stamford Bridge to take on last season's Champions League winners on Saturday, 12th March, with kick-off initially set for 3pm.
But as the game will now be shown live on Sky Sports, it has a new date and kick-off time, with Eddie Howe's men now set to face the Blues at 2pm on Sunday, 13th March.
The clash in the capital is the only match involving Newcastle to be rearranged in the latest round of Premier League fixture amendments.
Any further alterations to the Magpies’ schedule will be confirmed in due course.
