Magpies drawn at home to AFC Bournemouth in Carabao Cup fourth round

Newcastle United will face AFC Bournemouth at St. James' Park in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
Eddie Howe is bidding to become the first Magpies manager to lead his team to domestic silverware in 67 years, and his former club stand between United and a place in the quarter-finals.
Newcastle overcame Crystal Palace following a penalty shoot-out on Wednesday night, after a 0-0 draw at St. James' Park, while the Cherries knocked out Everton the previous evening with an impressive 4-1 win at the Vitality Stadium.
The draw four the fourth round was made on Thursday night after Manchester United's third round victory against Aston Villa.
The Magpies have only faced Bournemouth once before in this competition - a third round tie in the 1963/64 campaign, which the Cherries won 2-1. The two sides have already met on Tyneside in the Premier League this term, sharing a 1-1 draw in September.
Ties are scheduled to be played in the week commencing 19th December, with two matches selected for live broadcast on Sky Sports. Details will be confirmed, along with ticket news, in due course.
