Loan Watch: Minteh nets again for Feyenoord

nufc.co.uk takes a look at the weekend's action involving the Magpies' loan stars...

Yankuba Minteh

Minteh's purple patch in front of goal continued at the weekend as the Gambian winger slotted home his fourth goal in six games to help Feyenoord record a 3-0 win over Heracles Almelo in the Eredivisie.

He opened the scoring just before the half hour at De Kuip, steering home from inside the box after collecting Luka Ivanusec's through ball. It was an eighth goal of the campaign for the 19-year-old, who was withdrawn with just under 20 minutes remaining.

Isaac Hayden

Hayden's Queens Park Rangers sealed an impressive win at Leicester City last time out, but went down 2-0 at home to Middlesbrough on Saturday. The midfielder appeared as a 55th-minute substitute.

Jamal Lewis

Left back Lewis has established himself in the Watford defence but their 2-1 home defeat to Coventry City on Saturday saw Hornets boss Valerien Ismael dismissed. The Magpies man played the full 90 minutes at Vicarage Road.

Garang Kuol

Kuol was again named on the bench for FC Volendam's 1-1 draw at PEC Zwolle in the Dutch top flight, but didn't get any gametime.

Michael Ndiweni

Forward Ndiweni helped Annan Athletic record an excellent 2-1 win over Queen of the South in the Dumfries derby at the weekend. He started the game at Galabank and was taken off just before the 70-minute mark having been unable to add to his tally of two goals for Peter Murphy's men.

Dylan Stephenson

Another young forward, Stephenson played the opening hour of South Shields' 1-0 defeat to Brackley in National League North before being replaced.

Matty Bondswell

The defender made a late appearance off the bench in Newport County's stoppage time defeat to Stockport County in League Two, with the Hatters netting just after his introduction.

Ryan Fraser

Fraser missed Southampton's 4-2 home win over Sunderland in the Championship through injury.

Harrison Ashby

The full back continues to work towards a return but missed Swansea City's 1-0 defeat at Bristol City.

Jeff Hendrick

Hendrick isn't part of Sheffield Wednesday's squad and therefore missed their 2-0 defeat to Leeds United on Friday.

Kell Watts

Watts is currently out of the first team picture at Wigan Athletic, who beat Leyton Orient 1-0 in League One.

Rodrigo Vilca

Vilca was an unused substitute in FK Vozdovac's 2-1 defeat at Vojdovina in the Serbian top flight.
