Written by Dan King

The Dutchman scored the winner for PSV Eindhoven against Vitesse Arnhem in the Eredivisie on Saturday, and completed the full 90 minutes.

Meanwhile Tim Krul kept his first clean sheet for AZ Alkmaar as they won 4-0 against the goalkeeper's hometown club, ADO Den Haag, on Sunday.

In Switzerland, Kevin Mbabu played the full game as BSC Young Boys won 2-0 at Lugano. The defender claimed an assist and was booked in an action-packed display.

Florian Thauvin, called up to the France national team in midweek, started for Marseille against Lille in Ligue 1 but the match finised 0-0.

Henri Saivet managed 64 minutes as Saint-Etienne won 1-0 against Dijon on Sunday.

Adam Armstrong played for the opening 56 minutes as Barnsley lost 2-0 to Norwich in the Sky Bet Championship while in Scotland, Freddie Woodman played the whole game as Kilmarnock drew 1-1 with Partick Thistle. Sean Longstaff got 72 minutes while Callum Roberts was an unused substitute.

Lubo Satka helpe FC DAC to draw 0-0 with Spartak Trnarva in the Slovakian Superleague while Ivan Toney was a 62nd-minute substitute for Scunthorpe as they lost 2-1 to Oxford and Paul Woolston kept a clean sheet for Blyth Spartans as they won 4-0 against Skelmersdale United.

A hamstring injury ruled Alex Gilliead out of Bradford's game against Swindon while Macaulay Gillesphey missed Carlisle's defeat to Mansfield.
