Newcastle then welcome West Bromwich Albion to St. James’ Park on Saturday, 12th December for a 3pm kick-off and, while that game has not been rescheduled, it has now been confirmed that it will be also be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

The Magpies had been set to travel to newly-promoted Leeds United on Tuesday, 15th December for a 7:45pm kick-off, but that match will now take place a day later, on Wednesday, 16th December. That game will now kick-off at 6pm, and will be shown live on Amazon Prime.

Steve Bruce’s men are back at home for a clash with Fulham on Saturday, 19th December, with that game moving from a 3pm kick-off to an 8pm kick-off on the same day, with Sky Sports set to broadcast it live.

Following the Carabao Cup quarter-final at Brentford on Tuesday, 22nd December, United head to the Etihad on Boxing Day to face Manchester City. That clash will now kick-off at 8pm, not 3pm as originally scheduled, and will be shown live on BT Sport.

And Newcastle bring the curtain down on an eventful 2020 with a home game against champions Liverpool, which will now take place on Wednesday, 30th December at 8pm – and not on Monday, 28th December at 3pm as it had been due to. That fixture will be broadcast live on Amazon Prime.

Any further alterations to the Magpies’ fixture schedule will be announced in due course.
