Exclusive Miggy interview inside Saturday's programme

There’s an exclusive interview with Miguel Almirón inside Saturday’s issue of UNITED – Newcastle’s official, acclaimed matchday programme.

The forward, who recently played his 200th game for the club, provides an honest assessment of the campaign so far – both individually and collectively – and addresses recent speculation about his future on Tyneside.

Among the other contents of the 84-page issue – recognised as one of the league’s best last season – is a bumper historical section, increased in size for 2023/24. Club Historian Paul Joannou provides four pages, as does regular UNITED columnist Stan Gate, who brings all sorts of black and white memorabilia back to light. There’s the latest chapter of The European Years – throwing a spotlight on the Magpies’ 2004/05 UEFA Cup campaign – as well as the newest instalment of The Poster Boys, with Alan Gowling in the frame.

Elsewhere, there’s a long read on Newcastle United Women’s FAWNL Cup final match-up against Hashtag United, as well as a five-page academy section, including interviews with Ciaran Thompson and ex-frontman Isaac Westerndorf, who’s now playing for Larne.

Sky Sports’ Pete Graves provides his latest column, while the Music City Magpies – from Nashville, Tennessee – take centre stage in Mags Around The World.

Furthermore, there’s ten dedicated pages on our visitors to SJP, three more for Junior Magpies, boss Eddie Howe and Kieran Trippier’s thoughts ahead of the game and much, much more.

UNITED will be on sale around the ground, priced at £3.50.
