ePLi: Atsu drawn against Sissoko

Christian Atsu will face former Magpies midfielder Moussa Sissoko in a round-of-16 tie in the inaugural ePremier League Invitational tournament on EA Sports FIFA 20.

Atsu will take on Sissoko - who is representing current club Tottenham Hotspur - in a video game clash streamed LIVE on Sky Sports’ YouTube and Twitch accounts and online Premier League channels at 3:45pm (BST) on Wednesday 22nd April.

What is the ePremier League Invitational?

The ePremier League Invitational tournament will see familiar faces involved with all 20 Premier League clubs playing FIFA 20 in a cup format.

It kicks off with a knock-out round from Tuesday 21st April, before a grand final event - including the semi-finals and finals - live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League at 3pm on Sunday 25th April.

Who is taking part?

All but two Premier League clubs are being represented by first team players, with Raheem Sterling (Manchester City), Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Wilfried Zaha (Crystal Palace), André Gomes (Everton) and Diogo Jota (Wolves) all taking part.

Manchester United are being represented by singer Tom Grennan, while You Me At Six frontman Josh Franceschi will feature for Arsenal.

The FULL ePremier League Invitational Draw

The draw for the online esports tournament, which features familiar faces from all 20 Premier League clubs, was made live on Sky Sports on Monday 20th April by Jamie Redknapp and his son, Beau.

Along with 11 other players, Atsu has received a bye in Round 1.
