Magpies launch ticket hotline for disabled fans

Newcastle United has launched a dedicated ticket hotline exclusively for disabled supporters.

Disabled supporters will now be able to contact specialist staff members via a direct telephone number and email address, with a simple and straightforward process in place for purchasing match tickets.

Disabled supporters wishing to purchase match tickets can now call 0191 201 8457 or email [email protected].

Steve Swinyard, head of safeguarding, welfare and equality, said: “I’m delighted that we are able to offer this service to supporters with disabilities.

“We are now able to better support the needs of individuals by providing a range of choices for contacting us and I hope the service is are well received and well utilised.”
