Date set for United's Carabao Cup clash with Cherries
A date has been set for Newcastle United's Carabao Cup fourth round clash with Bournemouth.
United beat Crystal Palace on penalties last week to make sure of their place in the last 16, with a tie with the Cherries - head coach Eddie Howe's former club - their reward for progressing.
It has now been confirmed that the game will take place on Wednesday, 21st December, with kick-off at St. James' Park set for 7:45pm.
