Cottagers clash live on Sky Sports

The home club will welcome a limited number of supporters back to Craven Cottage for Sunday's game - which along with all other Premier League fixtures on the final day of the campaign, will kick off at 4pm (BST) - but there will be no away fans allowed.

However, as with every game this season, it will be televised live - and Sky Sports will broadcast the match in the UK.

Fulham are already relegated, but drew at Manchester United in their previous outing, while Steve Bruce's Magpies are hoping to pick up three points to match their highest final points tally since returning to the top flight four years ago.
