City clash selected for TV

Written by Dan King

Newcastle United's Premier League trip to Manchester City will be shown live on BT Sport.

And that means a change of kick-off time at the Etihad Stadium - but no new date - as two of the world's top managers, Rafa BenĂtez and Pep Guardiola, go head to head.

The game will now begin at 5.30pm (UK time) on Saturday, 20th January 2018.

The Premier League announced the latest round of TV games on Friday evening, and the City change is the only fixture amendment affecting Newcastle United for the period between Sunday, 31st December 2017 and Wednesday, 31st January 2018.
