Box Office downtime on Thursday 7th February
As part of ongoing improvements to our box office systems based on feedback from both fans and staff, our ticketing providers will be making important upgrades to the platform this week.
The changes will provide a better experience for supporters in the long-term, but will require a short amount of system downtime while these are implemented.
Both the online ticketing site and the system used by our Box Office staff will be inactive from 3pm on Thursday 7th February, until 10am the following day.
Our Box Office and Hospitality teams will still be happy to assist you with any queries via phone or email, but please note that they won’t be able to process any sales or access supporter information during this time.
