Betting odds for Brighton

No team has beaten Newcastle United in seven Premier League matches since Christmas and this weekend, Brighton are the visitors seeking to put an end to a strong unbeaten run this year for the hosts.

The betting is finely balanced for the 3pm (GMT) kick-off on Saturday with both sides chalked up at 17/10 for the three points, but it will bode well if Eddie Howe's men are given the edge by kick-off as Newcastle have yet to lose a league match this season when starting as favourites.

At home, it's two wins on the spin after February victories over Everton and Aston Villa and league leaders Manchester City are the only away side to leave St James' Park with a win in any of the last eight in front of the Toon Army faithful.

Joe Willock scored in seven straight appearances at the end of last season and there are signs his scoring form is getting back to its best with goals in both of his most recent outings against West Ham and Brentford.

The English midfielder is a popular 10/3 shot to find the net for the third consecutive game and although both of his recent goals turned out to be the last of the game, an attractive 9/1 is available on Willock being the first player to register on the scoresheet this time round.

Fans were purring over Joelinton's performance last time out and not only was the Brazilian responsible for the opening goal, but he also enjoyed 64 touches, two shots and one key pass against Brentford.

Odds of 10/1 are available on Joelinton breaking the deadlock for the second weekend in a row, but he also features in a host of price boosts now live on the BoyleSports app. Anyone who fancies him to score at any time and for Newcastle go on to win can now snap the price boost of 8/1 (was 6/1), while the chances of Newcastle scoring in both halves has also been enhanced to 10/3 from 3/1.

Newcastle to win and Joelinton to score - was 6/1... now 8/1!
