Bentaleb squad number confirmed as international clearance received

New signing Nabil Bentlaleb's international clearance has now been received, meaning he could make his Newcastle United debut in Saturday's Emirates FA Cup fourth round tie against Oxford United.
The Algeria international joined the Magpies on loan - with an option for United to make the move permanent - on Tuesday afternoon, but he was not signed in time to face Everton that evening.
However, his registration and international clearance has now been received, meaning he could come into Steve Bruce's thoughts for the weekend.
More than 45,000 tickets have already been sold for the cup clash, and on Thursday morning it was announced that tickets for children aged 12 and under will, for a limited period of time and subject to availability, be available for just £1 as a special incentive to enable more young supporters to attend the game.
Bentaleb will wear the squad number 42.
