We will be in touch following the closure of this refund application window to confirm any changes and future payment dates.

Long-term price freeze deals

While some long-term price freeze deals were due to expire at the end of this season, the club has confirmed that all deals will be extended to include next season.

If no 2020/21 refund is requested, the balance will be taken forward to pay the 2021/22 season in full. For individuals taking this option, you need take no further action. Your next payment will be in March 2022, when we start taking payment for the 2022/23 season.

Fans who were successful in the ticket ballot for Newcastle United v Sheffield United

Fans that attended this match and had account credit from the 2019/20 season will have one match credit deducted from their account, therefore leaving four match credits on their account for future use. This will not impact their season ticket payment schedule for the 2021/22 season.

Fans who attended this match and did not have account credit from the 2019/20 season will have one match credit deducted from the 2020/21 account credit. Those fans will either have their Direct Debit schedule adjusted accordingly or a Direct Debit will be reinstated for this amount in order to complete payment for their 2021/22 season ticket. These supporters are then eligible to claim a refund for the equivalent of the remaining five matches played behind closed doors. If these fans claim a stage three refund for those matches, their Direct Debit will be adjusted accordingly.
