2019/20 single match refunds - application process

Supporters who purchased single match tickets or single match hospitality for individual Premier League and Emirates FA Cup fixtures this season can now apply for a refund or equivalent account credit.

General admission tickets

Supporters who bought single match tickets for Sheffield United, West Ham or Manchester City (Emirates FA Cup) have been sent an email this week with a link to an online form where they can select the option of a refund or account credit equivalent to the price of their match ticket or tickets.

Anyone who believes they are eligible for a single match ticket refund but who have not received an email should contact boxoffice@nufc.co.uk who will respond as soon as they can.  

Hospitality tickets

Supporters who bought single match hospitality tickets online for Sheffield United, West Ham, Manchester City (Emirates FA Cup), Aston Villa, Tottenham Hotspur or Liverpool will also receive an email with a link to their online account select the option of a refund or account credit equivalent to the price of their match ticket or tickets. Supporters who did not buy tickets online have been sent a separate email.

Anyone who believes they are eligible for a single match hospitality ticket refund but who have not received an email should contact hospitality@nufc.co.uk who will respond as soon as they can.

We are currently unable to accept incoming calls but if you have an urgent enquiry please use the email addresses above. We will advise supporters when we can open the phone lines to assist supporters who are not able to log into their online account or who require assistance.
