£10 tickets available for rugby clash
Around 400 adult tickets in the £10 price category have been made available for a huge Aviva Premiership rugby union clash at St. James' Park this Saturday (kick-off 5:30pm GMT).
The Big One will see high-flying Newcastle Falcons hosting Northampton Saints, with a preceding derby clash between Newcastle University and Northumbria University included in the price (kick-off 3pm GMT).
Sales passed the 23,000 mark over the weekend - almost double the Falcons' previous record home attendance of 11,750, recorded during their 1998 Premiership victory over Bath at Gateshead International Stadium.
Fans are urged to buy in advance and are advised that ticket prices will rise by £5 on matchday.
