Toon in training: Spurred on to return to winning ways

After a great start to life after lockdown, Newcastle United have lost their last two Premier League matches - but the players are determined to get back to winning ways on Wednesday.

Their opponents at St. James' Park are last season's Champions League runners-up, Tottenham Hotspur, but Steve Bruce's side have already beaten them once this season, winning 1-0 in North London in August thanks to Joelinton's first goal for the club.

Danny Rose played for Spurs that afternoon, but he won't be able to face his parent club on Wednesday, while Isaac Hayden and Sean Longstaff are injured. However, two former Tottenham players, Nabil Bentaleb and DeAndre Yedlin, could line up against their old side.

Serena Taylor brought nufc.co.uk this gallery.
