Toon in training on Tuesday

While some of Newcastle's players remain on international duty, a number of them have now returned to Tyneside ahead of Saturday's game against Arsenal.

The likes of Paul Dummett, who won his third cap for Wales last week, and Christian Atsu, fresh from representing Ghana at the weekend, reported for duty in time for Tuesday's training session.

They joined Ayoze Pérez, Mohamed Diamé, Kenedy and the rest of the players who had not been on international duty.

Karl Darlow showed off a new hairstyle while Jonjo Shelvey was back in action after missing United's last three games due to injury.

Club photographer Serena Taylor brought nufc.co.uk this gallery.
