Toon in training: Magpies making the most of international break
There may be no game for Newcastle United this weekend, and several of the Magpies' key men are away on international duty, but the hard work has continued at the club's Benton HQ this week.
The likes of Jonjo Shelvey, Jamaal Lascelles and Ayoze Pérez trained under the watchful eye of Rafa Benítez on Thursday morning, while the Magpies boss was boosted by the return to training of Paul Dummett, who has missed United's last two games with a hamstring injury.
And a handful of Newcastle's youngsters, including full-backs Lewis Cass and Oliver Walters, were given the chance to train with the first team. Serena Taylor brought nufc.co.uk this gallery.
