Toon in training: Magpies looking to make it back-to-back wins against Brentford

There has been, as one would expect, a positive mood around the Newcastle United Training Centre following last weekend's 4-1 win at Fulham - but equally, a determination to build on that impressive victory when Brentford come to St. James' Park on Saturday.

The squad were given a couple of days off by Eddie Howe after the Craven Cottage clash but are now fully-focused on the Bees, who enjoyed such a strong debut season in the Premier League last term and have started the current campaign in similar fashion.

Miguel Almirón will be looking to add to his two goals at Fulham against the Bees in the 3pm (BST) kick-off, while fellow scorers Sean Longstaff and Callum Wilson, who netted on his return from a hamstring problem, were also pictured in training on Wednesday.

Club photographer Serena Taylor brought nufc.co.uk this gallery from the Magpies' Benton base.
