Toon in training: It's Hammer time!

West Ham United are Saturday's opponents, with Steve Bruce's side looking for a second win of the season in London following their victory at Tottenham Hotspur in August.

Newcastle narrowly lost to Chelsea in their previous visit to the capital, and know that they need to improve their form on the road having started to pick up points at St. James' Park in recent weeks.

Sean Longstaff will be suspended for the trip to the London Stadium after his red card against Wolves last weekend, but Isaac Hayden returns from a three-match ban. Fabian Schär is unlikely to be fit in time to face the Hammers, but Andy Carroll trained ahead of the meeting with his former club.

Club photographer Serena Taylor brought nufc.co.uk this gallery from United's Benton HQ.
