Toon in training: Hungry for the Wolves

Wolverhampton Wanderers are the visitors to St. James' Park on Sunday, and United's players have spent the week preparing for the match against last season's surprise package.

Nuno EspĂrito Santo's side qualified for the Europa League in their first season back in the top flight following promotion from the Championship, and after a slow start to the current campaign they have gathered some momentum in recent weeks.

Newcastle, meanwhile, have been hit and miss but beat Manchester United in their last home game and haven't lost at St. James' Park in the league since a narrow defeat to Arsenal on the opening day.

And Steve Bruce may be able to call upon Matt Ritchie for Sunday's match, with the influential 30-year-old back in full training this week. Jonjo Shelvey tried his hand at photography before the session, but it was club photographer Serena Taylor who brought nufc.co.uk this gallery from the training ground.
