Toon in training: Heading for Hearts
Newcastle travel to Hearts on Friday night for their first pre-season friendly of the summer.
And it was clear from Thursday's training session that the players can't wait to get back out onto the pitch.
The players returned for pre-season training last week and the Tynecastle match will see their preparations for next season's Premier League campaign move up a notch.
The likes of Dwight Gayle and Jonjo Shelvey were involved, along with Adam Armstrong, Freddie Woodman and Rolando Aarons.
