Toon in training: Chelsea swagger

Newcastle head to Stamford Bridge for their final game of the 2022/23 campaign having already secured a top-four finish and Champions League football for next term.

Chelsea won the Champions League two years ago, but have had a disappointing campaign this time around and will be determined to end on a high note in front of their supporters.

But Eddie Howe will demand that his players keep their standards high until the final ball is kicked in this most special of seasons. Joelinton, Nick Pope and Javier Manquillo have been ruled out, but that could give opportunities to the likes of Martin Dúbravka, Anthony Gordon, Paul Dummett, Harrison Ashby and teenager Lewis Miley, who all trained on Saturday morning before the team set off for the capital.
