Toon in training: Braced for Burnley

It's another huge game at St. James' Park on Saturday as Burnley make the trip to Tyneside with Newcastle United desperately seeking their first victory of the season.

Despite being reduced to ten men for most of Tuesday night's clash with Norwich, Eddie Howe's side were excellent and came so close to an unlikely win before conceding a late leveller and having to settle for a point.

Ciaran Clark is suspended after his red card but Matt Ritchie and captain Jamaal Lascelles are back from one-match bans of their own, so Howe will have some difficult decisions to make after Federico Fernández and Jamal Lewis both impressed in midweek.

Club photographer Serena Taylor brought nufc.co.uk this gallery from training ahead of the match.
