Spurs win in pictures

Newcastle United sent a clear message to their European qualification rivals on Saturday as they record an emphatic 4-0 win over Champions League-chasing Tottenham Hotspur at St. James' Park.

Just like in 2022/23, Spurs - who lost 6-1 on their last game on Tyneside in April 2023 - couldn't handle United, who took a two-goal lead thanks to quickfire strikes from Alexander Isak and Anthony Gordon.

Another fine finish from Isak made it three after the break before Fabian Schär's towering header wrapped up a terrific day for Eddie Howe's side, with the victory lifting them up to sixth place in the Premier League table.

The game was also part of Sela's Unsilence the Crowd campaign, which saw Sela donate its player shirt and pitchside branding to the Royal National Institute for Deaf People (RNID).

Serena Taylor, assisted by Michelle Mercer, brought nufc.co.uk this gallery from one of the Magpies' best showings of the campaign, which began with a Wor Flags display celebrating the Newcastle squad's homegrown talents and boyhood supporters.
