Newcastle United Women's ten-goal title-winning triumph over Terriers in pictures

Newcastle United Women wrapped up their second promotion in as many seasons in stunning fashion on Sunday, beating Huddersfield Town Women 10-0 in their final home game of the campaign at Kingston Park.

Becky Langley's side knew a win would secure the FA Women's National League Northern Premier Division title and her charges couldn't have been any more emphatic as they made sure of the three points, netting ten times without reply in front of a record 7,000-plus crowd.

The Magpies were then presented with the league trophy following the match, with players and supporters - as well as Amanda Staveley, Mehrdad Ghodoussi and Darren Eales - savouring the jubilant scenes as United celebrated a tremendous achievement which confirmed their place in the Championship for next season.

Serena Taylor was there and brought nufc.co.uk this gallery from a day to remember for those in black and white at Kingston Park.
