Magpies get set for Women's FA Cup clash with Red Devils

Sunday marks one of the biggest games in the history of Newcastle United Women as they take on Manchester United in the Adobe Women's FA Cup.

Becky Langley's side cruised into the fourth round thanks to a 5-0 victory over Stoke City last month, with braces from Bridget Galloway and Anna Soulsby and a goal from Katie Barker easing United past the Potters.

And their reward is Sunday's eagerly-anticipated tie with the Women's Super League giants at Leigh Sports Village (kick-off 12pm GMT), with Langley and her unbeaten charges heading into the game in great form having thrashed Halifax FC 7-0 last weekend.

The Magpies squad have been meticulous in their preparations for their clash with the Red Devils, and trained again at Bullocksteads on Thursday morning. Harriet Massey was there to bring nufc.co.uk this gallery.
