St. James' Park was sold out once again as Newcastle ended the 2017/18 season with a fantastic 3-0 win over Chelsea on Sunday.
The 52,294 attendance meant the average crowd at St. James' was 51,992 - and the supporters had plenty to shout about against the Blues.
Goals from Dwight Gayle and an Ayoze Pérez brace saw United secure a top ten finish, before the players took to the pitch for a lap of appreciation to thank the fans for their loyalty and backing this term.
