On Tuesday, the fourth annual Newcastle United Foundation 1892 Cup took place at the Magpies' Little Benton Academy.

A total 128 youngsters from eight schools across the region enjoyed playing in the competition, with each child receiving new Newcastle United kit, courtesy of PUMA.

And the medals and trophies were presented by Magpies midfielder and Foundation ambassador Sean Longstaff. Ponteland Primary School won the boys' tournament, with NEAT Trust finishing as runners up, while Mowbray Primary School won the girls' competition, beating Pontleland Primary School in the final.
