2017/18 first team photo unveiled
Rafa Benítez’s Newcastle United squad posed for their 2017/18 team photograph at the club’s Benton training base on Thursday morning.
Florian Lejeune, Joselu, Javier Manquillo, Mikel Merino and Jacob Murphy – who all joined the Magpies during the summer – took part for the first time.
Christian Atsu – who made his loan switch to St. James’ Park a permanent one ahead of the new season – was also involved, as well as Paul Dummett – currently recovering from a hamstring injury and now United’s longest-serving player.
