A trio of Newcastle stars will take on the Phil 'The Power' Taylor next week - and there is still time to book your place

A trio of Newcastle United stars will take on the PDC World Champion and greatest darts player of all time at St. James' Park next week - and there is still time to book your place.
On Tuesday night, Rob Elliot, Steve Harper and Mike Williamson will all step up to the oche, where they will face Phil 'The Power' Taylor at the special event in the Bamburgh Suite (doors open at 5pm).
One more Magpies' first team player is set to be announced in the coming days, and seats are still available to watch all the action unfold, as Taylor also goes head to head with a select group of fans.
All VIP tickets for the event have sold out, but standard tickets still remain. A standard ticket costs just £20 per person, and includes unreserved seating, a complimentary drink on arrival and pie and chips.
Taylor has won more titles than any other player, with more than 190 professional tournament victories, and got 2013 off to the best possible start by winning the PDC World Championship final - his 16th world darts title.
Ahead of the event he said: "I am really looking forward to returning to St. James' Park again and taking on both Newcastle United's players and the fans in what will be a fantastic evening of darts."
