Two of Newcastle United's Barclays Premier League fixtures in January have been chosen for live broadcast.

Matches against Southampton and Hull City will now be screened across the country during the first month of the new calendar year.

Sky Sports have chosen to show the Magpies' home game against Southampton on Saturday, 17th January. The match will now kick-off at 5.30pm, as manager Alan Pardew faces his former club.

And when United travel to the KC Stadium on Saturday, 31st January, to face Hull, the BT Sport cameras will be in place, hopefully catching another victory like last term's 4-1 triumph. That game will now kick-off at 12.45pm.
